Onto the update part - I didn't manage to lose the weight in the time frame I had in mind originally. I started well with about 36lbs lost but then stalled, then life became stressful with taking on the wam pad and it all went out the window, slowly. So, I got a treadmill (and used it!) but that wasn't enough alone and I remained stuck for a while. Then, even worse... I slowly gained again! Oh no!
That is until 17th January this year when I finally got my head together, a plan together and decided to take responsibility and really go for it this time, using all my knowledge from previous attempts. So I'm currently 25lbs down in my quest and this time it will not falter, fail or waver! I have set a load of mini goals to aid my journey and keep my focus, including a 12 week fat loss challenge which ends in June and a 5k sponsored race in July. I'm also back to doing sessions from my place instead of the wam pad which makes things much easier (or will when all the converting is finished!)
So - a big thank you to all who sponsored me a pie or two or more... I have never forgotten your eagerness (or my own!) and the result WILL be coming to your screens just a little later than planned. I'll post again when I am satisfied that I'm back in a size 14/16 which was my original goal, and let you know when it's going ahead. I'm guessing about another 6 months ish. Exciting times!
